Most people can't fathom investing more than a short drive from their home. That was how I felt at first too. My first 3 mobile home parks were a 10 minute bike ride from my house. Did I ever visit them? Well yeah... ...but not because I had to. There was never anything for me to do. If the sewer line clogged was I going to clear it myself? No. I was going to call Roto Rooter. (Or have my manager call them). In the 5 years that I owned properties in my home town of Boise, not once did I actually 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 to be on site. The trick is hiring a great onsite manager.
