17hInterestingly enough I have the same issue. A complaint that I want addressed with no avenue to bring it to the attention of anyone in corporate. This is very concerning that there are roadblocks set up so obviously. What are people afraid of hearing. I even completed a survey, from a 3rd party company and urged them to deliver the message that based on my low scores I was hoping someone would contact me and to put that information would prompt a call but nothing. How can a company be so difficult to reach? Emails got bounced back amd jo numbers were anything other than recorded messages and voicemails woth no response. You care for elderly people with concerned families. Shame on you for not responding or not showing interest on what is happening in your communities. I hope to get a response frlm this message.
