Hey, Friday afternoon that I would make quick LinkedIn video here. Just got off the phone with a very small company, under 10 employees that's looking at their first HRIS. And I just thought it was interesting their short list that they have, it's Work day, Oracle, Bamboo, ADP, Gusto. Probably some people look at that shortlist and say, hey, there's a couple that don't belong here. And I just think it's interesting that one. You gotta look at 3:00 or less companies, especially if you're a ten person company and you're just kind of getting something that's good enough. But two, you've got to do the right research because you could spend 5 hours understanding that work day. Oracle, maybe to some extent another name on that list is just not the right fit for your company. And so again, it's just another value add from our advisor platform where you can book these calls and and talk to somebody that knows what they're talking about for free. They can point you in the right direction and hopefully save you a couple of headaches down the line. So wanted to just share that on a Friday afternoon. Have a great weekend everybody.
