My story began as a 12 y/o with his neighbor’s backup stick playing for the local MVSA rec team. My first play was a turnover, we lost the game, and I would’ve quit had it not been for my mom. The game then led me to teammates and coaches around the world who I now call family. The game is our first game, and way more than I could’ve ever expected or hoped for. Whatever your story is, may it lead you to the unexpected. For today’s 200 greatest players in the world, their 2024 Premier Lacrosse League season begins at 1pm on ABC and ESPN+ — 5 years ago to the day we took our first faceoff.

Shamelessly have to shout “Go Atlas” but I’m biased with @CarolinaMavericks development and the amazing UNC staff and coaches our boys can look up to as mentors. As a mother of four lacrosse players, for a decade : current HS graduate to 3rd grade, observing the growth of the sport at this level has been such an incredible journey to watch from the sidelines. Thank you Paul Rabil for your love of the game, but most importantly thank your momma for her belief in you. 🤘🏻 Cheers to the hard ass sports moms, should our sons be as prolific in their love for the game!
I will make sure I got to a PLL game this year and support the league Level of play is incredible
Your Johns Hopkins highlight reel is awesome. https://youtu.be/RTPqgccv7oc?si=THtPm3tVO-F7D_q7
June 15 can’t get here soon enough #Philly
We all have a story. Thank you for sharing yours with the world, Paul Rabil. It's been awesome watching your journey and the overall impact that you are making on not only the sport of Lacrosse, but also local communities, marginalized ethnic groups, and environments that I could never have imagined to receive such amazing support. Cheers to you and the Premier Lacrosse League's current and future success!
I remember when Montgomery County Rec Dept. started their LAX League. Everybody wore short shorts with high crew socks! 😁
Defending you even back in MoCo youth lax days was like trying to slow down a clydesdale horse. Very cool to watch all the impact you’ve had on the game since then - no surprise!
Congratulations on bringing such a wonderful sport to the forefront!

3moPaul Rabil I love what you've done with the PLL. As a lacrosse player I love seeing this growth. If you are open to helping with mental health, I started a company whose dream of mine is to partner with the PLL. The company is www.diffrently.net
