Are you curious about who Shaltazar is? Below is a channeled message that explains it's wisdom and how to use this information as a tool in your own life. "For many going through life in human form it is like watching a blurry computer or TV screen. You are very interested in what you are watching, but because the picture is fuzzy you struggle to understand the full meaning of what you are watching. To follow this analogy a bit further the voices on the screen are garbled and thus you not only don’t see the whole picture, you cannot totally understand the full story. What We have come forth at this time in your human history to do is help sharpen the blurry picture and clarify the garbled voice. For if you are able to understand more fully how human life operates, the choices you make will be done from a more informed place. So Our purpose as it has always been is to teach, to share Divine Wisdom to those who wish to see a clearer picture, in other words, to understand more fully." - Shaltazar

In this 26th episode of “Chatting with the Arcturians”, the helpful messengers provide the schematic of another energy-producing device that also serves as a clean water collection point that reclaims thousands of acres of currently inefficiently utilized land and simultaneously provides significant cooling to the atmosphere. The Arcturians also explain the difference between vibration and frequency, how we “make space” for the manifestation of experiences in our lives, how we add beliefs to our hierophant (AKA Identity/Ego), and how we attract experiences into our lives (AKA Law of Attraction).

The workplace will always remind me of the recess game of jump rope. The version where someone was on either end- sometimes with two ropes- and you had to jump in without jumping on the rope and fall into the rhythm of the people turning the rope. I can still feel the slaps of plastic rope on my ankles. I have worked my way up to COO or Director level multiple times in my life. After layoffs or other life circumstances I have braced to jump back into the swinging ropes. As women, we have to code switch so often- we can't come off as too bossy or aggressive. We want to be taken seriously but in a friendly way. When joining a new team there is this petrifying fear to come off too strong or not enough of a team player- leading to loads of random punctuation and even emojis. I loved both the military and lifeguarding for the short, direct communication focused on eliminating confusion and saving lives. We have that in the kitchen too- "heard" is a beautiful phrase. But our overreliance on email communication in today's workplace can be a minefield. Many of us began our various careers being told to "sink or swim." I cannot count the amount of times I have had to prove myself and how I was strong enough or deserved a position. It is really hard not to have that earned strength reflected in my communication. How sweet would it be if we could communicate without the constant anxiety of how we are perceived? The Female Quotient Grace Segers
