Managing cash flow for multiple projects can be a daunting task. However, by separating cash flows for each project and regularly monitoring their timelines and financial aspects, project controllers can effectively allocate resources and prioritize critical projects. My apologies for the below looking like an "Accounting" report, but I guess I resemble that remark! Ha! That being said, the below is called a "Schedule of Contracts." It will show you which of your jobs are fading and gaining. It will also show you this by "Project Manager." Imagine that! You can actually measure the PM's performance. If you are not getting this, I suggest you contact me.

What does a finance project manager do ? A financial project manager plans and administers finance-related projects. Your duties include building teams for projects through hiring or internal promotion, consulting with managers and stakeholders to determine the scheduling, budget, and scope of the projects, and preparing the team to begin. Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses. Assisting departments in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects. Project manager can work on different projects which can include something in financial organization but project manager will never be working on financials of that company. Portfolio managers manage (select, buy, sell) securities for individuals or institutions. They can manage the assets for an institution that's a client of the company they work for. Or they might manage the assets of mutual funds owned by their own company. Finance project managers oversee projects that relate directly to an organization's revenue and expenses, cash flow, long-term investments, and reporting. This requires them to conduct financial due diligence and apply accounting procedures while also gathering and analyzing data from many sources at once. Let me tell you that all of this can be automated by AI, you just need a MLW model to assist you in automated reports that will be recurring and create a data set per your requirements and it will be much more accurate then a human intervention so I would recommend to invest in one for your company. Let me know if you need to be connected to any AI firm for the process automation. Here is me and my colleague from Telecom gov. projects Ramsha Nazim focusing on marketing and call centers in the GCC region.
