𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 (𝐒𝐎𝐏) 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐫 A few years ago, I gathered input from the operators on what the safe practices are when operating grabbers. Some senior operators told us they had installed rear mirrors on their Kubota tractors. We then decided to standardize the practice and equip all Kubota tractors with 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐬. This morning, I noticed that one poker-faced operator (who hardly smiles) had an additional feature on his Kubota tractor, and I was like, "𝘞𝘰𝘸, 𝘯𝘪 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪 𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘶𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪". However, we have no intention of extending this feature to other Kubota tractors. 😂 #Plantation #Sarawak

I have always owned a Kubota tractor and lawnmower all my life and up until this month I had a Kubota zero turn, however, it has been a disappointment to say the least. I mow yards for a living and because of Parrish tractor in Poplarville Ms a Kubota dealership I have lost all of my business and I'm shut down, my power is off and I'm going hungry, I have actually tried to get the police to arrest me so I can eat and stay warm at the jail. This has not panned out because I have to do a crime and that's just not me. Anyway my brand new Kubota zero turn has been a piece of junk from day one and each time I have brought it in to get fixed it has taken two weeks to a month to fix, it's in the shop now and it's been in there for over a month going on two now. The reason is because it's warranty work and they aren't making money, they have tried to add work into the job saying it was recommended, like a oil change, gas filter, air filter and they quoted me a bill of $643, the time before was $480 for changing blades. Well I did none of there recommendations because I'm a small Engine mechanic myself and I have studied up on Kubota and there specs. I'm competent on any Kubota. At this point I have always paid my bills on time or before time with Kubota credit, however with these two companies I have lost nearly everything I have worked for, note I'm only a few days late in my payment now, however I don't know what to do because Parish Tractor has my mower and has quoted me some out of this world price for maintenance. They have my mower held captive and even though that Kubota zero turn is a piece of junk and brand new, it's a part of my family because I have history with it where I grow attached. I'm not crazy I just feel a part of my machine, anyway I'm asking for help to resolve this matter. I don't want to feel Kubota destroyed my life and it's already looking like this, because now Kubota is reporting a negative score on my credit which is effecting my every day life. I know I can't do anything against such a large company but now that Kubota corporation has destroyed me and my business I have plenty of time on my hands and I will devote the remainder of my life to telling my story and what you allowed to go on. I have not talked to Kubota Japan yet only because I want to get a little more versed in my Japanese first. I will very soon. I have spoken to the BBB in Baton Rouge but I'm holding the papers until I hear from you on your response. I will leave you with this, I love Kubota, I have always owned one and it makes me sick to have to go look at other equipment, I guess I'm just trying to give you a way out hopeing you do what is right because I have never missed a payment and have always represented Kubota by wearing the logo etc, to me it felt like a part of the family.
