It’s that time of the year! The Golden Kitty Awards are here 🏆 What are they? It's like an Oscar for PH products, makers, and community members. Winners receive the Golden Kitty Trophy and PH Goodies!  Who decides the winners? 🤔 Winners are heavily influenced by the community votes and the algo / PH team! Maker of the Year and Community Member of the Year will be decided by activity data. How do I cast my vote? 🗳️ Voting for all categories will start on January 15th, and ends on January 21st, at 11:59 PM PT. They’re (finally) here! 👽🛸 After over 2 years in development, I’m stoked to finally launch Luna Bronze NEW Cosmic Bronzing Drops! Here's a glimpse into the journey: 💪 Despite setbacks and a shrinking team, we pulled it off, with a huge shoutout to my co-founder Rhiannon Hall who came in clutch even during her “maternity leave” (LOL - female founders - IYKYK) 😱 From heart-stopping moments over potential packaging typos (thank god for pre production samples) to accidentally sending out a Klaviyo email with a 100% off coupon (shout out to the lucky 13 customers who got Cosmic Bronzing Drops for free yesterday!), 😅 every step of this launch has been memorable 🎁 In the lead up to launch, we ran a giveaway that drew in over 3000 entries and brought in many first-time shoppers, showing genuine interest in our product. This is something we will double down on again in the near future. 🪐 We ran exclusive early access for our Bronze Squad (via our Okendo loyalty program) members which has been amazing seeing the cut through so far, and is part of our focus on fostering closer relationships with our Lunaverse and VIBs 👯 This launch had us juggling the most amount of components and projects simultaneously, which required close coordination, attention to detail and hard work. Our team working together made this launch a success  🩷 Learning to be kinder to ourselves. This year we were prepared to be flexible on our launch date, if required, which took some of the pressure off us.   🛍️ MECCA launched our bronzing drops at the beginning of the month and took inspiration from MECCA’s sold-out stores to gauge our own launch  🎥With this launch we've made a conscious effort to record and share more behind-the-scenes footage, a step forward for our millennial-led team! Super excited to celebrate this milestone with our amazing team Rhiannon Hall Bronte Wells + those not on LinkedIn!
