I have turned down candidates who couldn’t articulate what mattered most. Doing great work isn’t enough to demonstrate strength of character. I want to hire people who understand themselves.

4moMost importantly,1. Don't ever reveal un needed information. 2. Don't ever think you know what is going on in the boss's head Especially when he's an artist. And more important things to me are Truth loyalty and compassion unless they are on a path to try and take you down then you just let them dig there own grave and then filo the dirt in for em so they can't move concrete too.
