𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣. Over the weekend, I joined a retreat for the very first time. What happened there was what I can only describe as an intense reminder of who I am, what my path is, and most importantly: what isn’t! 🌿 Now, just a couple of days later, I can already feel "life’s" tentacles trying to pull me back into its charm. Expectations, gravitations, (dopamine) addictions. 🌊 Folks, we were not made for this. That's why I just wanted to say: I am off to yoga now. 🧘♂️ I hope to cultivate more present moment awareness and realness. I understand that not all lifestyles can allow yoga in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. But I urge everyone to find more places of safety, belonging, and centeredness. Use this as a gentle nudge. 💚 I want to thank Claudia and Sebastian and Conscious Capitalism, Inc. for the organisation. 🙏 I want to thank Jerry Colonna for helping me crack my heart open and for trusting me to host a session with him. I think if you integrate at least 5 min. of practices such as yoga or meditation in your day-to-day work routine, it mights seems like a lot first. But much less as the time you need to recover from mental illnesses caused by a lifestyle which is missing this things. So cool and important insights!
