In our recent collaboration with Glamping Americas Expo, we embarked on a unique journey to build an AI assistant for glamping business managers. 🏕️
We dove headfirst into an industry we knew little about. Using a BOM "bill of materials" approach and a team of industry experts. 🧠 We had a model up and running in about 30 days.
But then, we hit a snag. Our AI didn't know how to clean mold off yurt canvas. 🍄
Yes, you read that right. Our high-tech AI was stumped by a simple, annoyingly hard task that many glamping managers can relate to.
So, what's the moral of the story? Bring hands-on experts into the design process early, and never underestimate the power of small skills. They might seem insignificant, but they can make a world of difference.
