Need a large door for your Semi Anechoic Chamber? We got you covered at Comtest Engineering ! This is one of many examples showing how serious we take your test chambers: not only is accuracy essential, lowering manufacuring time helps reduce the total chamber costs.
This is the first 4,0 by 4,2 metres sliding door our specialists welded on our new welding tables. Why is that such a big deal? We asked the man on the right, Gerco van Diemen. “Before we acquired these welding tables from Bernd Siegmund GmbH, we used assembly carts to lay the parts that had to be welded. First, we had to place the underframe and level it by hand. After that, we put the tubes for the doorframe. Finally, we had to narrow down the frames." "All in all, it took a lot of time. These new tables are already levelled, and with the many connection holes, the tightening is way easier than before. For a large door like the one in the photo, the tables are connected, allowing us to level up to 4 meters. I’m happy; it makes our work easier, 40% faster and more precise.”

📢 We're thrilled to share a game-changing development from our team - welding stainless steel (SS) up to 20mm thick in a single pass! This innovative approach improves production efficiency across the industry. Why This Matters: Traditionally, welding thick SS required multiple passes and beveling, processes that are time-consuming and resource intensive. Dynamic Beam Laser is able to eliminate the need for these steps, offering a seamless and more efficient solution 💡 Key Benefits: ✅ Increased Efficiency: By reducing the process to a single pass, we're able to increase production efficiency by up to 10x. ✅ Cost Reduction: Less time spent on welding means lower labor costs and faster throughput, significantly reducing overall project costs. ✅ Enhanced Quality: This method reduces the potential for defects and inconsistencies, ensuring a higher quality weld. Looking Ahead: We are not stopping here. Our team is continuously pushing the limits of what's possible, with the goal to handle even thicker welds in the near future. This innovation is just the beginning, and we are committed to driving further advancements in the welding sector🚀 Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to redefine the limits of welding technology! #WeldingInnovation #StainlessSteelWelding #ManufacturingExcellence #EngineeringBreakthroughs #ProductionEfficiency

Mastering Aluminum Welding with Laser Precision Laser welding is an innovative and highly precise technique that has revolutionized the way we work with aluminum. This process uses a focused beam of high-intensity light to fuse metal components together, creating strong and seamless joints. In our workshop, we specialize in laser welding aluminum, a lightweight and corrosion-resistant material widely used in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and construction. The laser's concentrated energy allows us to weld aluminum with unparalleled accuracy and minimal distortion, ensuring superior quality and strength. One of the key advantages of laser welding aluminum is the ability to create narrow and deep welds with minimal heat-affected zones. This results in reduced warping, minimized material degradation, and enhanced structural integrity. Additionally, the process is highly efficient, enabling faster production rates and improved productivity. Whether you need intricate aluminum components welded for aerospace applications or precision assemblies for automotive systems, our skilled technicians are equipped with state-of-the-art laser welding equipment to deliver outstanding results. Embrace the future of aluminum welding and experience the precision, efficiency, and quality that laser technology offers. Introducing the CS-51B, an automatic welding machine that can weld both sides of a horizontal fillet simultaneously using two torches. With two torches welding side by side at a constant distance, it is effective for welding thick workpieces and can save costs and time. The machine is widely used in fabrication (small assembly) and operates along the welding line with permanent magnets on the bottom of the machine. It is easy to attach and detach with a handle lever, and it can also perform continuous welding. It is convenient with an automatic stop function at the end of the sensor, and the carriage arm height can be adjusted according to the height of the workpiece. With these features, the CS-51B can be utilized in various industries. It is useful in cases where thick workpieces need to be welded or where a large amount of welding needs to be done quickly.
