To view lead performance data or ads associated with a lead gen form, you’ll need Viewer access or higher on the ad account. To download leads, you’ll need Viewer access on the ad account and one of the following Page roles:

Page admin (super admin, content admin, curator, or analyst)

lead gen forms manager, super admin, content admin, or analyst

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click the correct campaign group name.

Select the Conversion & Leads from the Columns dropdown from the performance table to view metrics for each of your campaigns.

Click on the Filters dropdown to filter campaigns by Status of the campaign, Type of ad and campaign Objective.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead gen forms. -
Locate the correct Lead Gen Form and view the number in the Associations column on the far right of the page.
Note: To download leads by form, you'll need to be a campaign or account manager in Campaign Manager and assigned as Lead Gen Form Manager on the associated company page.

Sign in to Campaign Manager.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead gen forms. -
Select the checkbox next to one or multiple Lead Gen Forms.

Click the dropdown arrow from the Leads time range and choose your Start date and End date. You can also select from the options on the left rail of the pop-up window.

Click the Download leads button and then click Download from the pop-up window.

Your leads will download as a CSV file. If multiple Lead Gen Forms were selected, a CSV file will download for each form.
To download leads by campaign:

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click the correct campaign group.

Select the checkbox next to the correct campaign(s).

Select the date range for downloaded leads by clicking the Time range dropdown menu.

Click the Export button at the top right of the page.

Select Leads as the Report Type in the Export CSV Report pop-up window.

Click Export.

Your leads will download as a separate CSV file.

Lead data containing non-standard characters or non-English characters might not display properly. You can remove the non-standard characters and try again or you can do the following:

Open a new worksheet in Excel, then "Import" the same file and specify UTF8 as the encoding.

Use a third-party cloud spreadsheet (for example, Google Spreadsheet) to import the same file.
-
Collected member profile data can only be stored for one year because of our member privacy policy.
-
Analytics and performance metrics will remain in Campaign Manager beyond the one year time frame.
