Following college graduation, Ana Borrego had the opportunity to work for a local State Farm independent contractor agent where she discovered a deep passion for fostering relationships. "Although I had a great experience as an agent team member, I always wanted to become a State Farm agent someday, with my own name on a sign next to the prestigious logo. After seven years, I took the leap and established my agent office in Lubbock, Texas in 2014." Ana emphasizes that her agent office prioritizes building strong relationships and genuinely understanding State Farm customers to help identify solutions that best suit their individual needs. "Insurance can be complicated – we focus on educating customers and really explaining how insurance works. I want to make sure people understand what their options are and have a sense of relief that we’re there for them.
