Did you miss us at last week's tailgate? We participated in a community tailgate party before the game last week. We handed out FREE t-shirts, slapwrap koozies, drinks and snacks. Visitors played Rhodes Plinko for a chance to win FREE drinks, FREE breakfast, FREE chicken tender and fry meals, along with gift cards up to $50.

"Rhodes knows how to tailgate!" That's what Paducah Tilghman and McCracken County fans were saying Saturday night before the rivalry football game! Free t-shirts were handed out. Free slap wrap koozies kept free drinks cold. Free snacks fueled fans before the game, and fans from both sides played Rhodes Plinko. Every player left with either a coupon for a free drink, breakfast or chicken tender and fry meal. The most sought after prizes were gift cards valued up to $50! At a Rhodes tailgate party, everyone leaves as a winner!

Each quarter, all of our General Managers and Restaurant Managers gather for our quarterly Leadership Summits. We use this time to award our team members, gain insights, share knowledge, and voice questions and concerns. Also, we have FUN. 🥇 Team Yellow 🥇 secured the Gold at our 2024 Rhodes Summer Olympics! Over the summer, we held Olympic Trials for each of our districts to compete against each other. Individual team members were evaluated on their performances with hopes to be selected to represent their district at the Rhodes Summer Olympics. Last week we held the Olympic Finale where the teams were challenged in "surprise" games that included an obstacle course, mini golf, and inflatable mascots. This is just one example of how we try to bring our teams together for some friendly competition, to relax, have fun, and enjoy each others company. The 2024 Rhodes Summer Olympics are officially over! Congrats to Team Yellow (District 4) 💛

District 4 (Team Yellow) had their Rhodes Olympic Trial Day last week! Team members competed in a series of individual and team events to test their coordination, teamwork, agility, and spirit. Their District Manager, Kirstin Smith, tested each player on their passion, grit, and determination to create a winning team for the Rhodes Olympic Finale. Who's cheering for Team Yellow 💛
