At this month’s Board of Directors meeting, PPACG recognized the 30 years of service of Pamela Haugard, State Health Insurance Program case manager, at the Pikes Peak Area Agency on Aging.

Congratulations to Philip Roy (center), GIS analyst, who was recognized for five years of service at PPACG during the Board of Directors meeting earlier this month.

PPACG brought together county and municipal elected leaders from our region for an evening of camaraderie and learning during the first Regional Assembly on March 28. A special thanks to Dr. Pam Shockley-Zalabak, world-recognized organizational communication researcher and chancellor emerita at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, for leading a presentation on building trust and leadership within organizations.

The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments seeks proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to work with the Pikes Peak Area Agency on Aging staff and volunteers with advertising sales in support of the 2024-2025 Senior Information and Assistance Director, or commonly called the "Yellow Book." This is an intermediate level position, and primary responsibilities include the development and maintenance of regional socioeconomic, land use, and transportation models and forecasts in support of PPACG’s transportation planning programs and products.
