A current California state medical license.  Board certified in appropriate specialty. Executive management to include three (3) years of experience in hospital or medical group management. Prior medical administration experience in multispecialty groups IPA and Managed Care Experience Knowledge of CMS regulations, Department of Health Services health plan regulatory agency requirements and specific expertise in utilization management, care management, quality management and credentialing standards       Preferred: Proven record of accomplishment working as a CMO, for a minimum of three years Masters of Business Administration or Masters in Health Administration LEAN training
