We are pleased to announce that Chris Webster has joined One80 and will serve as Senior Risk Consultant in partnership with our underwriting team. Chris will evaluate and develop underwriting protocols, implement risk referral strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. He is a 40-year industry veteran and brings significant risk management and underwriting expertise into the alternative risk financing space. Throughout his career, Chris has held a number of underwriting and senior management positions at AIG Risk Management (AIGRM), while working with some of the nation’s largest companies. Most recently, Chris served as Senior Vice President and Regional Casualty Executive, AIG Commercial Casualty, where he was responsible for all casualty divisions in the Northeast Region. Duties include setting the strategies, overseeing underwriting activities, managing the expense ratio, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and managing resources among the various profit centers in the Commercial Casualty Group. It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Shannon Warner, a remarkable leader, mentor, and dear friend. Shannon was a beloved member of the Pearl Insurance/One80 family and with over 30 years' experience in our industry, he inspired countless colleagues with his passion, humility, and kindness. Shannon’s mentorship and genuine care for the people he worked with created a lasting impact that will continue to shape our culture and community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Shannon's family, loved ones, and all of his colleagues at One80. While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the profound legacy he leaves behind—a legacy that will inspire us to continue striving toward the high standards he exemplified. Thank you, Shannon, for everything. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
