Mumford Company is pleased to announce the recently completed sale of the Holiday Inn Express located in Fairmont, West Virginia. Justin Pinkard, Managing Principal in the firm's Washington D.C. office along with Steve Kirby and Ed James, Managing Principals in the firm represented the seller, Parshva Corporate LLC., in this transaction. The purchaser, Critical Hospitality LLC, is a rapidly growing regional owner and operator of mid-market, limited-service hotels in West Virginia and surrounding states. After completion of mainly cosmetic renovations, the property will remain a Holiday Inn Express.  Justin Pinkard stated, “Mumford Company sold this property to Parshva Corporate in 2020 and was pleased to represent them again in this disposition. Likewise, this is the 5th hotel transaction Mumford Company has structured with purchaser Critical Hospitality”.
