A European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) finalizou as regras que facilitam o acesso à informação financeira e de sustentabilidade no Ponto de Acesso Único Europeu (ESAP). 💻 Através desta plataforma centralizada (#ESAP), os utilizadores poderão aceder a informação de forma simples e eficaz. Como funciona? Submissão da informação pelas entidades: 🏢 As empresas submetem primeiro a informação aos "organismos de recolha" - Mecanismos Oficialmente Designados, gabinetes e agências da UE, autoridades nacionais, entre outros. Disponibilização na plataforma ESAP: 🤝 Os organismos de recolha tornam então a informação acessível no ESAP. Quando entra em vigor? 🗓️ A recolha de informação está prevista para julho de 2026.
