🔐 We take data protection seriously at Jury Analyst. Data privacy isn't just about protecting information—it's about protecting trust. As our digital world grows, the importance of securing personal data has never been higher. Here's a quick dive into three essential elements of data protection: A) Data Privacy: Transparency and consent are key. Collect only what's necessary and ensure individuals' rights (like data access and deletion) are respected. Navigating cross-border transfers? Watch out for complex rules like GDPR. B) Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): Clear contracts between data controllers and processors are essential. Define processing scopes, manage subprocessors, and ensure solid breach notification protocols. C) Data Security: From encryption and multifactor authentication to incident response plans, security measures must be rigorous. Regular assessments keep organizations on top of emerging threats. In today's data-driven world, these practices aren't just compliance—they're the bedrock of trust. #legaltech #dataprivacy #l4l #followback #triallawyers

The gender pay gap is still a significant issue, despite decades of progress. In 2023, women earned only 82.7% of what men made for the same work—a drop from last year. 📉 This Statista animation shows how this gap has shifted over time. Even though we've seen improvements, the numbers prove that true pay equity is still a long way off. For those advocating workplace fairness—whether in the courtroom or in policy-making—the data makes it clear: the fight for equal pay is ongoing. 💪 We need continuous efforts from businesses, governments, and individuals to close this gap and ensure that equal work means equal pay for all. #GenderPayGap #EqualPay #TrialLawyers

Last Friday, the jury returned a $360 million dollar verdict for three of our clients. “It takes a village to raise a child, and a village to abuse one. Cumberland Hospital was that village.” We are proud to announce that we have won our first fight for justice against Cumberland Hospital and its former medical director, Dr. Daniel Davidow. "Our clients had trouble believing in themselves at one point in their lives," said Attorney Kevin Biniazan. "To have a group of people a group of strangers to look at them to listen to them to tell them that they believe them that they believe in them, it broke them down, it broke them down in tears immediately," said Biniazan. "It broke us all down in tears." This verdict represents a watershed moment for victims of abuse at Cumberland, and the ripple effects are much larger. This verdict is the largest in Virginia history for any abuse or injury survivor. It has set a new precedent that should assist all those seeking justice on behalf of themselves and their families. Our firm continues to fight for full and complete justice on behalf of all of our clients who suffered abuses at Cumberland Hospital. Had to share this great advice from Matthew Harris Law, PLLC! Body language speaks louder than words in the courtroom, and it's something every trial lawyer needs to master. 💼 Did you know that 70% of communication is non-verbal? The way you present yourself in front of a jury can make or break your case. From maintaining confident posture to choosing the right attire, everything counts. Wearing neutral colors like blue or gray can keep the focus where it belongs—on your testimony and evidence, not on flashy distractions. And never underestimate the power of note-taking—it shows engagement and can boost your credibility in the eyes of the jury. Have you ever wondered what you might be telling jurors without even speaking? 🤔 #TrialTips #BodyLanguage #TrialLawyers
