Thank you, NewBridge on the Charles! Last Sunday, singers from the H+H Chorus of Sopranos + Altos, Chorus of Tenors + Basses, and the High School Soloists program performed a gorgeous concert of choral and solo music for residents at NewBridge on the Charles, a local senior living community. They were AMAZING! Listening to our superb singers share their talents with the NewBridge community was so inspiring. Support HHYC! Help HHYC bring more music to more people at bit.ly/HHMakeaGift.

Congrats, Dr. Mac! Join H+H in congratulating Kevin McDonald, conductor of the H+H Youth Choruses of Tenors + Basses, for being selected as a semi-finalist for the Music Educator Award from the Recording Academy and the GRAMMY Museum! Being listed as one of 25 semi-finalists for this prestigious award from thousands of nominees is no small feat! Kevin’s impact as a superior music educator has been felt far and wide from our HHYC singers to our audience. We couldn’t be more grateful to have him in the H+H community, and he’s already a winner in our eyes! 🤩 About HHYC: The Handel and Haydn Society Youth Choruses are a collaborative community where Greater Boston’s young singers hone their craft, express their creativity, and make unforgettable memories alongside forever friends. Our curious and courageous musicians gather each Saturday to explore a dynamic repertoire of music spanning continents and centuries, a testament to their passion for the living tradition of choral music. #HandH #HHYC #youthchorus #chorus #singer #musiceducation

Full circle moment alert! 🤩 Our performances of Mozart's Requiem last weekend were a hit! Did you know that this iconic work premiered in 1791 at St. Michael's Church in Vienna? Members of our H+H Youth Choruses had the chance to visit the site of this premiere performance during their tour of Austria this summer! This unforgettable experience really shows how music can connect across time and space. #HandH #HHYC #HHYCinAustria #HHYCinÖsterreich #youthchorus #chorus #singer #choirtour

Thank you, Tom Fields-Meyer for your beautifully written essay about an autistic child's authentic and joyful response to a performance at the Hollywood Bowl. We agree, sometimes the "wow" moment of a concert comes from a shared experience with fellow audience members. Todd Boss
