Minimum wage for most larger facilities will increase to $23/hour, $21/hour for free clinics not conducted or maintained by a government entity, and $18/hour for facilities with a large percentage of Medicare and Medicaid patients, rural independent hospitals, and small county facilities. ▪️Local Minimum Wage Increases – Several cities and counties in California are increases minimum wages. This increase applies only to hours worked on or after July 1, 2024.
