An open and accessible first floor living area was important to the homeowners of this Bensonwood Custom build in Hanover, NH. Our design team worked with the homeowners to thoughtfully design a layout which achieves that openness. The kitchen, living, and dining room are positioned within this open area and surrounded by spruce wall and ceiling boards to give a cohesive look to the space. From the kitchen, there are several vantage points around the home to the outdoors, so the homeowners always have an idea of where their children are, or if a visitor is pulling up to the driveway.
