Salary: $185,000-$220,000

The Insurance Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload involving first-party and insurance coverage litigation, managing cases from inception through trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, including analysis of statutes, case law, and regulatory guidelines.
- Attend and represent clients at hearings, including pre-trial motions and other court proceedings.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as complaints, answers, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
The Insurance Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance litigation.
- Must be barred in Florida.
- Prior law firm experience required.
