A leading client is seeking a family immigration attorney to join their team in the DMV area. The role is a permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package. A successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience handling immigration matters, and is conversational or fluent in Spanish.
Location:

- Silver Spring, MA
- Langley Park, MA
- Manassas, VA
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
- Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s
- Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have;
- Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.
- At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws
- Excellent written/verbal skills
- Spanish speaking is a plus
