Tulsa Oklahoma, an oasis for black living in the early 1900's and home to one of Americas biggest race massacres on record. From the ashes of that once prominent Black Community rose Wesley Wes Nelson. With revenge running through his veins, Wes and his boys become some of the most powerful gangsters of the depression era. Special Agent Sam O'Connor is hell bent on stopping him, but no longer will Wes continue to be kicked while he and his people are down.
