A CIA stray agent and a pickpocket genius team up in Paris for a buddy movie. A terrorist bombing in Paris on the eve of the anniversary of the revolution. Here, an outlaw agent named Brier catches Michael, a young pickpocket marked as a terrorist suspect. But when Brier realizes he's being falsely accused, he uses Michael's skills as a pickpocket to help him find the real killer. In this way, the two find their way around the streets of Paris in search of the truth.
The highlight of the film is the combination of Brier and Michael. Idris Elba's character, Brier, is calm yet human, and his background adds depth to the story. Richard Madden's character, Michael, has a knack for pickpocketing but is somewhat unlovable. Their dialogue is sometimes comical and sometimes serious. There are many heart-warming moments, especially as they build trust in each other.
The action scenes are not to be missed. Against the backdrop of the beautiful streets of Paris, the fast-paced chase takes place. In particular, the car chase and the rooftop racing scenes are breathtaking. The police are the enemy, and the tension is always there. When you watch it, you feel as if you were there.
Overall, the movie is well-paced and you won't get bored. In particular, I liked how Briar and Michael grew up. The fact that they didn't trust each other at first, but gradually grew closer to each other, is touching. It wasn't just about the action, but also the importance of friendship and trust.

It's a stylish, fast-paced action film that's typical of director Guy Ritchie. Jason Statham's character, H, is the coolest. The seemingly unassuming job of being a security guard on a cash transfer truck suddenly becomes an eye-opener. The best part of the film is the intricate story. It's organized into chapters, changing times and locations, which always disappoints you. However, it's well-organized and all the mysteries are solved in the end, so it's a must for those who love solving mysteries.
The action scenes are also powerful. H's fight scenes look really strong with no wasted movement. Scenes like the attack on the cash transfer truck are tense and make your hands sweat. The movie isn't just an action movie, but it also has themes of betrayal, intrigue, and friendship that make you think. The scene where H's past is revealed was especially touching. It's also interesting that it's set on Black Friday. A lot of money moves in a way that is unthinkable in everyday life, so the incident becomes bigger.
Personally, I found Statham's character to be so cool that it was hard to empathize with him. It could have been a little more humane. But overall, I was very pleased. It was a stylish and entertaining film, as directed by Guy Ritchie. I recommend it to action fans, as well as those who love solving mysteries.

Starring Nicholas Cage, the film follows the revenge of a man who loses his beloved pig. But the story isn't just about revenge. Rob lives alone in the deep woods of Oregon as a truffle hunter. His life changes when his only friend and partner, a pig, is kidnapped by a rival hunter. In order to get the pig back, Rob goes on a journey to regenerate his own life, dealing with the wounds of his past.
The highlight of the film is Nicholas Cage's performance. His facial expressions and gestures convey deep sadness and anger. His anguish after losing the pig is especially poignant. Rob's interactions with the people he meets are not to be missed. Confronting the villains who run the city and the characters who have suffered from past wounds is not just an action scene, but the weight of their lives. The scene with Finway in particular is an emotional moment that is overwhelming.
While watching the film, I naturally empathized with Rob's loneliness and struggles. The natural beauty of Oregon in the film makes you feel as if you were there. The way Rob deals with his past and tries to move on made me feel warm again and again.
The director, Michael Sarnoski, is so accomplished that it's hard to believe it's his first feature, and the plot and character portrayals are superb. In particular, the presence of a pig searching for truffles adds depth to the story. Rob's journey is not just revenge, but also his own rebirth. The film has a lot of emotional and emotional scenes that leave a deep impression after watching.
In particular, the final scene was haunting, and there were many moments that almost brought tears to my eyes. Nicholas Cage's performance and the depth of the story blended beautifully, and it was a better film than I expected. This film makes you think about the meaning and rebirth of life, and is a must-see for Nicholas Cage fans as well as anyone who wants a story that resonates.
