I enjoyed very much this excursion in Granville: beautiful landscapes and nice encounters.
There are some interesting aspects of this region: the beach huts of the Promenade of Plat Gousset ( Granville as seaside resort in the beginning of the 19th century, the arrival of the railways, the rules for the use of the beaches written in 1837), the coastline seen from above ( the photographer Jérôme Houyet and his paramotor-the pictures of the effects of the global warming on the coastline, the photographer Hervé Hillard and the pictures of the Chausey Islands taken with a drone, Max Langlois and the "Aéroplume at Ecausseville), the three masts schooner Marité (the former owners Staffan Hugoo Lyrestram and Rickard Engberg, the boat built in 1923 , the finding of the schooner in the Feroe islands and its restoration, Gérad d'Aboville and the return of the schooner to France, the captain Matthieu and the 100 years anniversary of the schooner, the sound and light composition in Granville), the "pêcheurs à pied" ( the beach of Saint-Martin de Bréhal, the ecogarde Eric Jean Girard of the Conservatoire du littoral and the advices about clams collecting in the Chausey Islands, Maxime Spagnol and the visit of the intertidal zone-the advices about the gathering of "huîtres creuses" and "couteaux") , the nomad chef Sarah Herpin (the picking of edible flowers, the truck farmer Victor Maes and the organic vegetables, the the meal prepared for Enora Wiffen at the cottage of the Braize) and the fishermen Malo Esnouf and the mariner Thomas (the lobster fishing between Granville and the Chausey Islands-many spider crabs but only a few lobsters, the passion for the fishing and the Chausey islands).
I enjoyed very much the encounters of Ismaël Khelifa with Léo Hamard-th paragliding moment over Granvill-, with the fashion designer Cassandre Lemeilleur, with the models Françoise, Morgan and Jean, with the guid Pierre Baudry at the Mont Saint-Michel bay, with Margaux Coyette, with Thierry Petillault, with Margaux's family, with the horse trainer Reynald Coppens and with the apple cider producer and castle owner Louis de Thezy; nice encounetrs with very kind men and women.
