Loss of potential
28 March 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Very foreign film at 1st, but also very symbolic when I think about it. I believe that the film would have gained more popularity if it had been a longer film, and not a short 1.

It is about a man who has half a body, in the literal sense of the word. He searches for his half, where he finds it, quite by accident - in a girl. In that half of that girl, he tries to find peace and happiness through the most basic human actions, as well as through making love.

Unfortunately, none of that worked 4 him, where he himself gave up on that idea. He returned half of the girl to the girl and continued to live such a lonely life.

This short film can be a depiction of people in their entirety. People are mostly looking 4 love, 4 the other half because they don't feel fulfilled. The only truth is that if they do not feel fulfilled and whole with themselves, they will not succeed with another person, they will even feel more and more empty. We are whole, not half.

The person who enters our lives should be a bonus, not a supplement 2 our lack of self!

A solid film, which I believe would be much better as a finished project, where we would get answers 2 some questions, at least as far as the beginning is concerned - how it came about that a man was left without his half.

New movement

An interesting idea of a film that I don't seem 2 have seen before, although it could have been even more interesting with it's development.

I have no objections 2 the film, it is nicely packaged and has a small plot twist which is nice to see. The idea is original, the music is the 1 that contributed a lot to the quality of the film.

It's certainly far from an ideal film, but it's watchable. It has a little plus of me.

Brutality and unreality
19 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
It seems that the directors were a bit worn out, so they replaced their creativity with even more brutal scenes compared to the previous 2 works.

As it happens, we got a new round of participants who should have been punished 4 what they did during their lives. The main role is played by Jeff, the father of the injured son, who has a sense of guilt, an absolute desire to punish the driver of the car that participated in the accident, but also a judge who sentenced the driver 2 a symbolic punishment and set him free.

His task was to take responsibility 4 himself by either depriving them of life or burning all the memories that bound him 2 his son and leaving it behind.

On the other hand, we have an attempt 2 improve the relationship between Jigsaw and Amanda from another puzzle, who falls in love with him. She is simply convinced that he gave her a new life by surviving the challenge.

We also have a less brutal, but again very questionable scene, in which we see a doctor grinding Jigsaw's head with anesthesia.

I think that all the questions are unnecessary because there is more unreality in this film than ever.

Nothing less
19 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I didn't expect anything less from this film, than that it will be even better than the 1st part.

Each of them had a story because of which they were brought there, the most interesting was the youngest participant - the inspector's son.

Six more participants were added compared to the 1st part where we only had 2 which further expanded the negligence of our characters. They simply did not care who would suffer, as long as they were not in question.

One of the most interesting scenes for me was when they had to sacrifice themselves by looking for the key in a tub full of syringes, but also just returning to the scene from the 1st part of the series where we see former actors in the same place where they ended their adventure.

Delighted

The authors did a great job considering the budget that was invested. We have to agree that for such a small budget, the film is more than great!

It is rare to see a horror film that is so lively, that has a great plot as well as a twist. Some kind of satisfaction can be felt watching the film.

Definitely a thumbs up!

It's not worthy
18 February 2022
I'm not disappointed with this latest part, but compared to the previous parts, it's pretty bad. I don't even have to say that the plot is repeated in almost every series of these films, it is literally identical.

With the advancement of cinematography, we got the improvement of the graphic scenes in this film, but not the acting. Some parts are completely banal, such as the fact that so far this main character of ours 'leatherface' should have been buried or physically incapable of dealing with such things.

Let's not forget the masked scenes that seem brutal to us, but not at all realistic. At least I don't remember this movie for so many unreal scenes.

I foresaw literally every part of the film, which was not difficult, but it happens with other series of films on the market. Most likely, in the absence of the author's idea, even through the series, that charm is lost.

It's not worthy!

* I forgot to add, if there are already plans to continue this series, it would be good to bring back some of the previous actors who survived ;;

Futuristic

I would not classify this film as an ordinary thriller, more as a psychological 1.

A large number of people are increasingly deviating 4 themselves, drowning in the mass of society that are subject to the idealization of celebrities.

The film includes an option that can really come true in our near future.

Some scenes in the film are repetitive, just a little better packaged, while the ending is also messy.

If you don't watch it, you won't miss anything.

Rewatchable
14 February 2022
One night while sitting in front of the TV, I came across this serie. The next day, waiting for a new episode, I got a completely different one.

Namely, after that, I decided to look for it and look at it as a whole, and I can say that it was worth every time invested in it.

I rarely watch series, even less often the same movie for the second time, let alone 3 times as this serie. The only objection is the end, which was not the clearest to me. In addition, the actors were great, especially Giancarlo Esposito, whose films I watched.

The role of other actors should certainly not be diminished because they were also extraordinary!

As far as I'm not mistaken, 5 years have passed, maybe a little less, but I still remember this series as great. All in all all the recommendations.

Twisted masterpiece
14 February 2022
One of the few films that made me nervous with it's chaotic plot that leads to nonsense. I can say that the beginning of the action was in place, the shots were unusual, but still unique and well illustrated.

Many parts of the film are accompanied by intense music, which in some parts may be superfluous, at least with the power with which it is expressed. The subjective impression is as if you took a narcotic and as if you were straight, twisted at the same time.

The film served as an inspiration to Marilyn Manson for two music videos and I can say that he made a great whole, and 4 obvious reasons - the videos were much shorter than the film.

From another point of view, we can call this film an extravagant masterpiece in which a lot of effort has been invested, but through the continuation of the film, that same effort falls into the water.
