Only Murders in the Building (2021)

Funny but it's that "boring funny kind"

The first episode is promising, but it gets more and more monotonous with old jokes and scenes. I love Steve Martin, but Selena Gomez and Martin Short are totally the wrong actors for this series, Steve has that subtle black humor (when he wants to) and maybe a better counterpart would be Hugh Laurie instead of the slightly boring Martin Short who can't even make the necessary grimace to raised the mood of the scene. Selena seems disinterested and her acting shows how bored she is, and probably only the generous fee contributed to her so-called role in this nonsense of a series that should be like a comedy. In my opinion, it would be better to hire a new actress instead of catering to the younger audience (generation z or whatever those tik tok lumens are called) with Selena Gomez.

I love comedies but this is well thought out but disastrously written with disastrous actors who can't wait to get back to their trailers.

Instead of dying of laughter we just got that "ha ha" moment when something funny comes up.

I understand that a black woman was needed as balance but at least you could have thrown in Whoopi or Retta instead of the disinterested Selena.

In series like this, the actor's facial expression is also very important, but apart from Steve, who tries something, everyone else is sterile.

For someone who literally grew up watching comedies, this is barely two stars.

John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023)

Boring piece of stunt play

A film that abounds in good scenography, good photography and good music, but the premise of the film itself is a total unknown... the whole film is in a dark tone with the already known premise of a good guy against a bad guy with a million victims, and who is hit by just a few bullets out of a billion fired at him. ... All in all, there is no plot itself for 90 minutes, let alone the 170 that they managed to stretch the film with endless scenes of fights and "dodging" bullets.

After movies like this, everyone is surprised when the kids rush into the school with an automatic rifle, imagining that they are John Wick, ie alone against everyone in their numb drugged brains.

I was expecting some kind of let's say grandiose film like the previous Chad Stahelski films about John Wick, but we got nothing from the former stuntman except a bunch of stunt scenes .... this film is just proof that some people should not be in the business of directing because they start to exaggerate.

All in all, an average stunt movie that is worth watching only when you are very, very, very bored in life, and otherwise if you need to bathe the dog or clean strawberries from seeds, it is better to deal with that than to waste 3 hours of your life on this "film".

Rumble (2021)

Just some WWE rubbish again ...

Move along nothing new to see here.

Even real WWE acting is better than this. WWE rapidly loosing audience so Paramount and others just trying to "introduce" this to young kids.

Out there is billions and billions better themes than this WWE nonsense but what WWE pay for that WWE got it .... bad acting as usual.

It's bad as Sing and Sing 2.

And ... why monsters over and over again?

No Time to Die (2021)

Another bang, bang, badabum Bond

Sadly Daniel will not be Bond anymore and after Sir Sean and Sir Roger is best Bond to date, Pierce Brosnan is way too stiff to be Bond but he have other qualities.

The story is believable but synopsis and path to the end was rubbish as producers was focused on Rambo instead on Bond and movie lack on thrill as is so predictable ... so just 8 stars (Daniel himself is accounted for 3 of them so you get the impression).

Note to producers ... involve Bond child in future movies and drop women Bond (007)as this don't work at all. It's fine with another 00 agents but 007 is not a female agent at all (to understand each others, I am not conservative but for equality)...... or we turn in LGBT way? Why not, as I like to see part of it in Bond movies but female Bond chasing women or men is simply wrong at send completely different message.

Movie is watchable but only as Sunday afternoon entertainment if football or F1 is not at the program ....

Becoming Cousteau (2021)

Hero for any school child from 70's and 80's

A man with red beanie ... man for whom children stop playing just to watch undersea wonders on TV. It was a ritual for many children to watch Cousteau on television despite parent's protest for football game or some movie on other channel .... at least in my family or my friends as we all want's to be explorers or astronauts.

It's a shame that we only have Sir David now as no one younger want to pursue this form of career ...

Jacques and David, great mans who teach us to love nature in his many forms.

Hawkeye (2021)

Unispirative and boring

Nothing new in Marvel, not even a decent show.

Boring from the beginning and producers make this piece of **** just for hoarding money on stream platforms. Always the same scheme ... and I wonder did this is for preschool audience but they will be bored too ..... What next? All "heroes" or one offs from Marvel will have his show?

Just half a star here and another series for dodge off ...

CSI: Vegas (2021)

Good sequel

It's good so far (7 episodes) but Paula Newsome is somewhat shallow ... no humor no anger ... nothing at all. Yes I know that they need color guy/gal for lead act but Morgan Freeman will be better in this role ... kidding of course. William will satisfies science guys and girls but there is way so little explaining how lab got to the end and instead they have scale on psychological part of the cast.

In this show is missing some old style cop as Paul Guilfoyles Jim Brass was. But this show is lacking of humor both sneaky one and obvious one ....

NCIS: Hawai'i (2021)

Good start but then ....

Good start but then they completely lost it. Quit after few episodes as show deteriorated more and more.

It will be better that NCIS New Orleans wasn't cancelled as it was very good but instead of good series we got this hua mua gua lua lua moaha gua mua nonsense.

It's good that it contains local speak but here is way too much of that and in wrong places, moreover 95% of viewers can't understand what some words mean in local culture. It seems that NCIS Havaii is just for State of Havaii after all ...

FBI: International (2021)

Another world dominance nonsence

Another USA world domination scheme from authors who don't understand anything and thinks that USA is perfect. Just another series for die hard USA nationalists.

Authors doesn't have a clue how world works.

Minus billion stars for this utter nonsense.

Professor T (2021)

Simply brilliant

Ben Miller is perfect actor for Professor Tempest as Hugh Laurie was for House or. David Suchet for Poirot.

I don't watch original series but intend to after finishing British version.

My regards to music selection for this as it's rare one where we actually enjoy a moment .... I don't remember when I watch end credits to the end just to enjoy in music ....

Sure it not as original but every installment have it's own gems as will be nonsense that British version is about Belgian things and crimes.
