The MCU is in an incredibly exciting phase right now. ‘Agatha All Along’ is airing new episodes weekly, and we’ve just seen the first billion-dollar hit in a while with ‘Deadpool & Wolverine.’
Looking ahead, 2025, 2026, and even 2027 are packed with highly anticipated projects, but none are as thrilling as the two upcoming ‘Avengers’ films.
‘Doomsday’ is poised to reintroduce Robert Downey Jr. to the MCU, but this time as Doctor Doom. Meanwhile, ‘Secret Wars’ is rumored to be an epic multiversal crossover, bringing together current Marvel live-action characters with iconic legacy figures from before the MCU era.
According to industry insider MyTimeToShineHello, Patrick Stewart is just one of many rumored actors “confirmed” to reprise his iconic role.

Ever since the beginning of the Multiverse Saga in 2021, Marvel Cinematic Universe fans have been talking about one person. It's not classic MCU heroes like Iron Man or Captain America, or Phase Four staples like the Scarlet Witch, Wong, Spider-Man, or Doctor Strange. No, it's the one person we've all been waiting to appear. And, rather ironically, the one person who has yet to actually appear.
We are, of course, talking about Mephisto.
Marvel Studios' first Disney Plus series WandaVision had fans convinced that the character would be involved, both due to his history with Agatha Harkness and the Scarlet Witch, and the fact that there were a number of nods and references that could have led to his arrival. When that didn't happen, they were convinced it would happen in Loki, in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, in What If...? and so forth.
Now, three years later,...

A new family drama starring Elizabeth Olsen has surprised viewers by becoming one of Netflix’s most watched movies. The film, titled “His Three Daughters,” follows three estranged sisters who reunite to care for their sick father. It now sits at number five on Netflix’s top 10 list.
The movie stars Elizabeth Olsen, Natasha Lyonne, and Carrie Coon as the three sisters. They must work through complicated relationships and memories from their past. Audiences have connected strongly with the touching story of family healing. Film critics also highly praise “His Three Daughters,” awarding it a 98% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Director Azazel Jacobs creates a blend of emotion and humor in his films. He brought that style to telling this family’s story. Jacobs is known for movies such as “French Exit” and “The Lovers.” His previous works skillfully mixed darkness with deeply human themes. Critics say he refined this talent for his latest film.

Turns out, the "Mare of Easttown" parody that's already become synonymous with Marvel's new show "Agatha All Along" was originally intended for its parent series, "WandaVision." As showrunner Jac Schaeffer explained to The Wrap, the whole thing actually originated as a "CSI" homage episode of "WandaVision" that ended up falling by the wayside after the show's writers honed in on the sitcom format. As a result, she kept the idea tucked away and ended up using it for the "Agatha" series premiere instead.
"It was always the design that ['Agatha'] would start with this true crime episode," Schaeffer told the outlet while discussing the first two episodes of the "WandaVision" spinoff. "That was an idea that I had when I pitched 'WandaVision,'" she continued. "It was going to be the eighth episode of 'WandaVision,' that was going to be like a 'CSI' episode,...

As "Deadpool & Wolverine" put it, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is at a bit of a low point right now. Most recently, we saw this in the way Marvel Studios nakedly attempted to appeal to nostalgia (for about 10 years ago) by hiring Robert Downey Jr. to come back to the MCU — this time as a villain — but also in the nostalgic cameos in movies like "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" and the post-credits scene of "The Marvels."
That trend continues in "Thunderbolts*," a movie all about Marvel bringing back some of your favorite Marvel villains. No, not Thanos. Not Killmonger either, or Loki, or Namor. Instead, we get Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), U.S. Agent (Wyatt Russell), Red Guardian (David Harbour), Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko), Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). It's time; Agatha All Along has officially arrived on Disney Plus and it is set to continue bewitching our lives throughout the remainder of the spooky season. The Marvel Studios spooktacular will run over the course of seven weeks, with a special double-episode finale streaming just prior to Halloween, making the show the joint-longest Marvel Cinematic Universe series yet, sharing a nine-episode count with WandaVision, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, and What If...?.
Speaking of the MCU, Agatha All Along is indeed a part of the Marvel Studios franchise, as its 11th TV series produced for Disney Plus. But, as we've seen in the past, that doesn't mean you have to watch every single project in the franchise to understand it. ‘Agatha All Along’ recently premiered with the first two episodes, and so far the reactions to the show are overwhelmingly positive. The show takes place three years after the events of ‘WandaVision,’ and we see Agatha finally freed from Wanda’s spell.
She returns to real Westview but is completely powerless which leads her to gather a makeshift coven of witches to walk the Witches’ Road and reclaim her powers.
Now the show features one interesting detail which was teased in the trailers as well. At the start of the show when Agatha is still under Wanda’s spell, she takes on the role of a detective who investigates a dead body. The body obviously belongs to Wanda aka Scarlet Witch who died during the events of ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.’

‘Agatha All Along’ recently premiered with the first two episodes, exploring a magical side of the MCU that’s long been neglected; despite some of the most powerful magic users being massive characters in the franchise.
Now the show lays some solid groundwork for future MCU projects. Believe it or not, it may be connected to one villain that’s already been defeated – Dormammu.
A couple of weeks back we covered a rumor that stated that Dormammu will return to the MCU. At the time we assumed that he would return through Clea, a character introduced in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.’ With the release of ‘Agatha All Along,’ one more character connected to Dormmamu has been sort of introduced, Nicholas Scratch.

Kathryn Hahn has put a spell on the Marvel Cinematic Universe again. The celebrated actress earned an Emmy nomination and her own earworm signature song for her MCU debut as Agatha Harkness in “WandaVision” in 2021. Now, Hahn takes center stage in her spinoff, “Agatha All Along,” which follows a powerless Agatha and a mysterious teen (Joe Locke) down the witch’s road after he breaks her out of a powerful spell.
Do You Need to Watch ‘WandaVision’ Before Agatha All Along?
Honestly, yeah, you probably should. If you try to go into this show blind, you’re gonna be pretty baffled for the entirety of the first episode. But more than that, “WandaVision” introduced the core understanding of Hahn’s character that you’re supposed to have when you start “Agatha All Along.” Heck, if you haven’t seen “WandaVision, you won’t even get the song stuck in your...

This post contains spoilers for "Agatha All Along" and some titles from Marvel Comics.
Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) seems to be in a bit of a bind. A climactic battle against Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) towards the end of "WandaVision" stripped Agatha of her powers, trapping her in a chaos-magic-riddled Westview anomaly forever.
As the now-oblivious Agatha (who goes by Agnes) immerses herself in the make-believe world of Westview, she adopts the role of a blunt, sardonic detective in the new Marvel Studios series "Agatha All Along," and ends up bursting into a crime scene that rattles the idea of who she truly is. Over time, the victim's murder starts to evoke uncomfortable sentiments, patches of "reality" mutate and shift right before her eyes, and the arrival of a mysterious teen (played by Joe Locke) further complicates matters. Thanks to a push from an age-old rival (played by Aubrey Plaza...

“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” seemed to put a decisive nail in the coffin of Wanda Maximoff — or rather, a decisive temple crash — but if you weren’t sure, the first episode of “Agatha All Along” comes in hot confirming that yes, she’s really gone. But…is she?
In the premiere, now streaming on Disney+, we pick up with Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) back in Westview, where she still believes herself to be Agnes. But, where Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) left her as Agnes the nosy neighbor, we now find her as Agnes the detective.
As she rolls up to a crime scene, we learn that the Westview police found a Jane Doe in the woods. Her apparent cause of death is blunt force trauma, she has scarlet hair, and blackened fingers. All signs point to it being Wanda Maximoff.
And, as Agnes’ colleague says, “she’s really most sincerely dead.

Marvel’s next TV series is kicking off spooky season, with the first two episodes of “Agatha All Along” hitting Disney+ on Wednesday. But you probably shouldn’t head into this one blind.
The good news is, you don’t need to remember the entirety of the MCU to understand what’s happening in this series. You just need a few key plot points from “WandaVision” and “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.”
The other good news is, if you don’t have time to go back and watch those, we’ve got you covered right here! You’ll find exactly what you need to remember below.

Agatha was first introduced as nosy neighbor Agnes in “WandaVision.” She was the embodiment of the trope, always popping in on Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) for thinly veiled snooping.

Longtime readers of superhero comics will be able to tell you that death is little more than an inconvenience. Famous characters are regularly killed, only to be resurrected several months later through whatever magical conceits the writers can invent. One might find that a superhero didn't actually die, but only fell into a Kryptonian coma. Or perhaps a compatriot of the deceased has access to black magic and can resurrect their dead friend with the help of a few handy spells. Time travel is also useful for retrieving a downed solider.
Now that the multiverse is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, audiences everywhere are learning that there are no stakes whatsoever. If there are infinite parallel versions of every character, any one of them dying can be undone in a jiffy. One can merely hop over to a parallel universe, pick up a duplicate, and return without any consequences.

Fired X-Men '97 showrunner Beau DeMayo has chosen war with Marvel Studios and Disney over his dismissal, going so far as to recently share an outline of an earlier, arguably superior, version of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Now, in the wake of a damaging exposé from IGN on working conditions in Pixar - specifically relating to the production of Inside Out 2 - DeMayo has claimed that he was told to make Professor X and Magneto's dynamic "less gay" while working on the series.
While those two have never been romantically linked on the page, X-Men '97 wouldn't have been the first time that a deeper meaning to their relationship has been teased as Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class did the same.
Regardless, it clearly didn't work for Disney and Marvel Studios executives!

Scarlet Witch is undeniably one of the MCU’s most popular characters. At first, she was introduced as a villain in the ‘Avengers’ franchise, she eventually joined the team but was later consumed by her grief after losing nearly everything and turning into a villain.
Wanda’s last appearance was in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,’ where she served as the main antagonist. In a final act of sacrifice, Scarlet Witch brought down a castle on top of herself and destroyed every copy of the Darkhold in existence.
Fans have long hoped that Scarlet Witch might not be truly dead, as it would take a lot more to eliminate one of the MCU’s most powerful characters. With several projects related to Wanda’s storyline in development, it’s clear something significant is on the horizon.
Recently, rumors were brought to light by Production Weekly that Wanda’s solo movie is in development.

It's long been known that "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" underwent some behind-the-scenes changes when original director Scott Derrickson departed in 2020, to be replaced by Sam Raimi. What those changes were, though, and indeed what Derrickson had planned in the first place, remained unclear... until, it seems, now.

Scarlet Witch is undeniably one of the most popular characters in the MCU. She started as a villain in the ‘Avengers’ series but eventually joined the team. One of the most popular characters in the MCU is certainly Scarlet Witch. She initially appeared as a villain in ‘Avengers’ franchise but had a change of heart and joined the team only to succumb to her demons after losing pretty much everything.
Wanda’s last appearance was in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,’ a movie in which she was the main villain. Scarlet Witch ultimately decided to collapse a whole castle on top of herself, with one last sacrifice she destroyed every copy of Darkhold in existence.
Now fans have long suspected that Scarlet Witch never really died, it’s going to take a lot more damage to kill one of the most powerful MCU characters. Considering that plenty of characters connected directly to Wanda are getting projects, we knew that something was going on.

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ opened the floodgates for mutants and X-Men in the MCU. Even though mutants were already present in the cinematic universe, X-Men weren’t referenced at all in any serious manner until the release of the latest Deadpool flick.
Professor X technically did debut in the MCU, played by Patrick Stewart in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,’ but it was a variant that belongs to a different reality altogether and the character was unfortunately killed off by Scarlet Witch.
‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ is brewing a multiversal mashup of characters from all Marvel live-action properties, at least if the rumors are to be believed, and there’s also that upcoming X-Men live-action reboot we can look forward to.
Considering that Professor X is one of the most notable mutants and members of X-Men, fans naturally expect him to appear in all projects, ideally played by James McAvoy.

Elizabeth Olsen is open to reprising Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but only if there’s a way to use the character well. The actor hasn’t been seen in the MCU since 2022’s “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” which turned Wanda into a full blown villain and ended with the character crushed under a collapsed building. Her fate is unknown, and neither Olsen nor Marvel have yet to announce when Scarlet Witch will reappear.
“It’s a character that I love going back to when there’s a way to use her well, and I think I have been lucky that when I started I was used well,” Olsen said in a recent interview with FM104 (via Collider). “I think people didn’t know what to do with me for a second there. … If there’s a good way to use her I...

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was certainly one of the more odd films from Marvel’s recent difficult years. Even though the first film did excellently well, and the sequel featured the beloved Wanda Maximoff, the 2022 film ended up being disappointing in a completely new way for audiences.

Rather than hating on new characters or disliking the concept of a show, fans were upset at the franchise for the way that they dealt with fan-favorite characters like the Scarlet Witch and Steven Stange. One of the most frustrating points in the film was also the fate of Maximoff by the end.
The fact that after everything she went through over the years, Marvel decided to kill off Wanda rather than help her get back on her feet made more than a few angry.

Actress Elizabeth Olsen is willing to play Wanda Maximoff in the Marvel Cinematic Universe again, but has conditions for returning. Olsen has portrayed the powerful Scarlet Witch in several Marvel films over the past decade.
In a recent interview, Olsen said she enjoys portraying the character when “there’s a way to use her well.” She believes past Marvel projects have effectively used her character. Olsen told FM104 she thinks “people didn’t know what to do with me for a second there.” However, she remains open to future roles if writers develop her character meaningfully.
Olsen made her MCU debut in 2014’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier.” She had a bigger part in 2015’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and later appeared in “Captain America: Civil War,” “Avengers: Infinity War,” and “Avengers: Endgame.” Her character growth continued in the 2021 Disney+ series “WandaVision,” which explored Wanda’s grief and powers through classic television genres.

MCU has quite a lot of projects to release in 2025, 2026, and beyond. We know that there are several movies being worked on currently and affected by the strikes, but none of them are as anticipated as ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ and ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ which are expected to continue MCU’s tradition of majestic crossovers.
Fans have plenty of expectations especially regarding ‘Secret Wars.’ There are close to a hundred characters rumored to appear in the movie, and we’ve previously discussed the rumor that Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine will also be included.
But the most recent significant rumor is tied to a character that appeared in the MCU only in the technical sense, and we’re talking about Reed Richards. As you probably know by now, Fantastic Four will debut in the MCU with the release of ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’ next year. Reed Richards will be portrayed by Pedro Pascal,...

Joss Whedon's large-scale action picture "Avengers: Age of Ultron" was released in theaters in the spring of 2015, and it featured a gaggle of Marvel superheroes teaming up to fight the eponymous evil super-robot. Ultron (voiced by James Spader) was an artificial intelligence accidentally created by Iron Man while he was constructing a global, spacebound security system intended to make superhero-ing easier. Upon achieving consciousness, Ultron spends about two minutes on the internet and instantly decided that humanity needed to be wiped out, shunting its own consciousness into a series of robot bodies and going about its wicked business. The Avengers, naturally, smash up all the Ultron bots.
Ultron is destroyed at the end of that film and has only shown up in additional Marvel Cinematic Universe entries in smaller roles since then, including the animated TV show "What If...?" However, Spader will reportedly reprise Ultron for the upcoming "WandaVision...

With the release of ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ the era of mutants has begun in the MCU, according to Feige’s own words. Some X-Men and mutants were already present in the MCU projects, but with the upcoming X-Men live-action reboot in the works, we can look forward to a completely new cast.
Professor X has already appeared, played by Patrick Stewart in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.’ However, we’re talking about an alternate variant, an Illuminati member who eventually meets his end at the hands of Scarlet Witch.

It began with 2008’s “Iron Man,” a film that introduced the world to Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark with the hint that he could be part of something greater. Over 30 films later, the story of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is still being told, albeit with various tributaries and detours that introduce new characters and new worlds that may or may not cross paths one day. Each film in the MCU stands on its own to some degree, but like building blocks, they all connect as part of one interconnected universe. And in that way, watching the Marvel movies in order tells one grand story.

The arc of the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) has been pretty wild since she was first introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe back in 2014. At the end of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," she was seen as an aspiring villainess, kept at bay in a mysterious prison. In 2015's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" she fell under the thrall of the evil super-robot of the film's title, using her magical powers to fight the film's superhero characters. The character would eventually decide that being a hero is preferable to being a villain, and would fight alongside the good guys in "Captain America: Civil War," "Avengers: Infinity War," and "Avengers: Endgame." Like her comic book counterpart, the Witch would also begin a tentative romance with the Vision (Paul Bettany), a more ethical super-robot.
After the events of her own therapeutic TV series "WandaVision" however, the Scarlet Witch would turn back to dark...

James Gunn has a lot on his plate right now. ‘Superman’ wrapped filming just a few weeks ago, and production on the second season of ‘Peacemaker’ is underway. Gunn is working to reboot the Dcu from the remnants of the troubled Dceu, and while fans are generally excited about what they’ve seen so far, the director isn’t without controversy.
The ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ director has faced criticism for including too many characters in ‘Superman: Legacy,’ a complaint that was also leveled at Zack Snyder. The upcoming movie is set to feature a variety of Superman’s supporting characters and villains, including some currently unknown ones, as well as Guy Gardner, Hawkgirl, Rick Flag Sr., and members of The Authority.
Fans worry that Gunn might embark on an overly ambitious and crowded storyline that could struggle to reach a satisfying conclusion. However, the filmmaker has reassured them that...

Starting with the TV series "Loki" in 2021, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been dabbling with the concept of the Multiverse. Various characters throughout the MCU can skip between dimensions and meet parallel versions of themselves, giving us the Multiverse Saga. Unfortunately, the Multiverse isn't a very satisfying dramatic tool. Why root for a character to live when they can be replaced by a variant at a moment's notice? But it sure is convenient when wanting to milk an entertainment franchise for fan service. Any previous cinematic version of a character could now, thanks to the Multiverse, interact with newer renditions. The Multiverse may have worked for "Loki" but it was a bit of a dud in Sam Raimi's "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness," and then it proved to be the most lucrative in "Spider-Man: No Way Home" and in the 2024 film "Deadpool & Wolverine."

‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’ is set to be one of the most anticipated upcoming MCU movies, bringing Marvel’s first family into the MCU along with iconic characters like Galactus, Silver Surfer, Franklin Richards, and various other villains. Despite the enormous hype, a segment of the fandom is already trying to discredit the movie before its release.
The main controversy centers around the casting choices, with fans upset over Silver Surfer being portrayed by a woman, leading to actress Julia Garner receiving significant backlash. Surprisingly, Pedro Pascal has also become a target of criticism from some fans.
Pedro Pascal was cast as Reed Richards some time ago, with the news going public over six months back. ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is the most recent MCU installment. The movie is seeing a huge international success breaking box office records, and entertaining fans worldwide. Much of that success can be attributed to fan service.

Remember the halcyon days of 2010? The Marvel Cinematic Universe was still in its infancy, but much was already being made of any superhero movie that felt even slightly different from the future juggernaut's quippy origin stories. Future DC Studios co-ceo James Gunn's name was already in the middle of conversations about superhero ethics thanks to his new film "Super," while fans of Alan Moore's "Watchmen" comics were still debating the merits and myriad drawbacks of Zack Snyder's big-screen adaptation. From "The Spirit" to "Hancock," recent alternative superhero stories were actively dividing audiences who had yet to lay eyes on a single "Avengers" film.
Then "Kick-Ass" showed up. The R-rated action-comedy featured a scrappy teen hero, a little girl who loved to beat the s**t out of people, a fittingly odd Nicolas Cage performance, and the unofficially cinematic mascot of the late aughts, "Superbad" breakout star Christopher Mintz-Plasse.

Ryan Reynolds confirmed in a recent interview with Collider that he got in touch with Nicolas Cage and asked him to reprise his role of Ghost Rider in “Deadpool & Wolverine.” The record-breaking Marvel blockbuster features a handful of actors reprising their comic book characters of yesteryear, from Jennifer Garner’s Elektra to Chris Evans’ Johnny Storm and Wesley Snipes’ Blade. “Deadpool & Wolverine” director Shawn Levy shut down rumors on the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast that Patrick Stewart was going to return as Charles Xavier in the record-breaking Marvel blockbuster. Ever since M. Night Shyamalan made his triumphant comeback with 2015's low-budget horror "The Visit" (which he financed by re-mortgaging his home), it's been hard not to root for his movies at the box office. Shyamalan's filmography has had its ups ("Split") and downs ("Old") since then, but it's exciting to have a filmmaker consistently turning out original and unpredictable genre movies with a real auteur mark on them.
His latest offering, "Trap," stars Josh Hartnett as a serial killer who discovers that the pop star concert he's taken his daughter to is actually the stage for a police plot to ensnare him. It's a wild idea, inspired by an equally wild true story. Based on the opening day numbers, "Trap" will further cement Shyamalan's image as a plucky underdog by debuting in third place at the box office, behind "Twisters" (in second place) and the Marvel titan team-up "Deadpool & Wolverine.

If you’ve missed the recent MCU drama, you might not know that Jamie Lee Curtis publicly criticized the MCU by calling Phase 5 “bad.”
The remark was more amusing than serious. When asked about the current phase of the MCU during Sdcc, the actress simply replied with “bad.”
Despite the obvious joke, Jamie Lee Curtis’ comment generated significant backlash from fans. Many defended the MCU, calling her “bitter,” “salty,” and “rude.”
Curtis has had a contentious history with the franchise. Previously, she commented on ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,’ drawing comparisons to her film ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’ and implying that MoM borrowed elements from it.
She noted that both films explore the multiverse concept and accused ‘Doctor Strange’ of copying her movie’s visual style. Curtis argued that despite its smaller budget, her film outperformed Marvel’s, praising ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’ for its heart,...

This year’s Sdcc was truly thrilling. Fans were treated to early footage from ‘Thunderbolts’ and ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps.’ However, the biggest announcement of the night concerned the ‘Avengers’ franchise.
Robert Downey Jr. is returning to the MCU, but not as Iron Man. Instead, he will take on the role of Doctor Doom, and reactions have been mixed. ‘Avengers: Kang Dynasty’ has been retitled ‘Avengers: Doomsday,’ signaling a new primary villain for the Multiverse saga.
As I mentioned earlier, the reaction has been mixed. An IGN poll revealed that over half of the fans are unhappy with Rdj returning as a different character. Given this, we decided to explore some possible reasons why Marvel Studios chose to take this risky path, especially considering how sensitive fans are about one of the most emotional moments in the entire cinematic universe.

Jamie Lee Curtis Apologizes for Saying the Marvel Universe Is in Its ‘Bad’ Phase: ‘I Will Do Better’
Jamie Lee Curtis apologized for saying the Marvel Universe is in its “bad” phase during a recent press interview at Comic-Con. Since her viral remark, the actress shared that she’s reached out to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige with a promise to “do better” with her public opinions going forward.
“My comments about Marvel were stupid and I will do better,” Curtis wrote in a Thursday X post. “I’ve reached out to Kevin Feige and will no longer play in that mud slinging sandbox of competition we call the Internet nor will I engage in the toilet paper promotion or game play that is designed for clicks not content or conversation.”

Oscar-Winner Jamie Lee Curtis recently found herself making headlines after describing the current phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as "bad" in an interview with MTV. The "Halloween" and "Everything Everywhere All at Once" star was promoting her new movie "Borderlands" and everyone was asked to describe the current phase of Marvel. Curtis chose her word and, whatever her true feelings, clearly played it for laughs. Despite that, Curtis has since issued an apology for her words -- or word, rather. Now, "Deadpool & Wolverine" star Ryan Reynolds has shared his two cents, delivering the perfect response to the whole situation.
