The filmmaker Edgar Pêra always use creative orthography in his filmes, but his motherland is so traditional about language that it was never released, presented or even written correctly the name of the movie. Instead, the media, the movie theaters, festivals and even now the streaming services use either the grammatically-correct Caminhos Magnéticos, either something in between the title (Caminhos Magnétykos). Besides of the lack of aesthetic comprehension, that happens specially because, as a colonizer, Portugal actually doesn't accept the Portuguese language spoken in other countries (ex-Portuguese territory) and even don't even follow the general orthographic rules for unification of the use of the language in all it's countries - that are accorded from time to time with all the Portuguese speaking countries, including Portugal. The absurd in this is that they start to be so radical about that, creating an actual misspelling - and maybe even impolite towards the filmmaker - and loose much of the poetic subtleness of the work of Pêra.
