In the beginning of the film, Patricia enters a bank vault with safe deposit boxes. The vault has two thick steel doors and probably also thick steel reinforced concrete walls. Patricia then receives a phone call on her mobile phone. Within such vault, there is no cell phone reception.
When Patricia discovers a body of a man that supposedly is dead for several days laying in the back of her car she is not disturbed by the absence of any smell. An experienced criminal attorney like her should immediately understand that somebody is fooling her.
