In the United States and Latin America, Soupe Opera frequently aired on Cartoon Network from 1996 to around 2000 or 2001 as part of their Small World programming block.
There would be transitions of food sliding horizontally to the left, similar to the opening credits to the 1988 Pixar short Tin Toy.
