A Catholic ritual has been banned for 20 years in a Spanish village due to an incident when the young who impersonated Judas suddenly died . Nowadays , the Mayor : Marta Calvó and the Archbishop - Emio Gutierrez Caba- have lift the ban on one condition : there will be no stoning during the enactment of "The Gold Nail". Then , a series killer starts committing ominous killings , whose victims are popular villagers as the hairdresser , the pharmaceutic and several others . Along the way , a young reporter named Mercedes : Blanca Jara becomes involved in twisted events , including her imprisonment and while she attempts to find out the creepy murders .

The film moves in fits and starts most of which would be desirable , with more traps the viewer resists any kind, and some moments of enjoyment and others quite a few embarrassing as well as extremely ridiculous .
