In the Jeep chase scene when they get side-by-side in a pasture, Benjamin shoots at Steven with a handgun from the driver's seat of his car, through his passenger window, but in the very next shot (and all subsequent shots) the passenger window is up and no has no bullet holes in it.

Benjamin and Shannon are informed by Reigert (adoption agency representative) that they would have to wait for Nina to obtain her passport before she can depart Puerto Rico and return to Chicago. Passports are not required for travel between Puerto Rico and the mainland U.S. since Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of the United States since 1898. Any adult traveling via airplane to the mainland (Chicago) would only have to show valid identification such as a state-issued driver license or identification card when checking in at the airport. Minors traveling with adults are not required to have identification.
When Steven wants to take pictures of Shannon and Nina on the beach near the hotel after they played hide-and-seek, the camera mode was still off.
