I&#39;m going to have to disagree wholeheartedly with fellow IMDb user &quot;studioAT&quot; here and say that this prequel was in fact very good. So what if it&#39;s almost totally irrelevant to the main story, it&#39;s a Christmas Special it&#39;s supposed to be fun! Also I think they prequels are intended to hype up an episode rather than explain away anything in particular. It was solid, unrealistic perhaps also but nevermind.

With the pre-credit sequence of &#39;The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe&#39; making no sense at all I thought this prequel might help fill in the blanks.<br/><br/>It doesn&#39;t. What a waste of time.
