Scenes of vampire-on-human violence which happen offscreen, little violence is shown but bloodcurling screams are heard which may be disturbing. Sometimes played for comedy, other times for unease.

A teenage boy accidentally runs into a shipping container and blood begins to pour from a wound in his head.

A bat is smacked with a badminton racket before the end of it is pressed against the head, crushing its skull as a mercy kill. This isn't shown onscreen but the sounds are briefly heard.

There's some uses of profanity, a few uses of fuck, dick, and ass.

While the film contains little violence, it's extremely realistic in its depiction of mental health and suicidal thoughts. Very saddening and upsetting.

The climax of the film is very shocking and saddening to watch.
