Crowds Returning from the Games, Waikiki, H.I.

Men walk along and by the trolley tracks, like the joke about the boy who ran home behind a bus to save a nickel, and got clouted for not running behind a taxi and saving even more. It looks rather pastoral for a trolley line, but when cities were expanding, they built the lines out further than they needed to go at the moment.

As I note in the title of this review, which games? they're wearing straw hats, but that's not even a seasonal clue in the Hawaiian islands.
