An impoverished count adopts a millionaire - and two worlds collide.

In order to maintain his lavish lifestyle, an impoverished count adopts a newly rich upwardly mobile family. Initially, there are considerable tensions due to their different lifestyles, but then they pull themselves together and defend themselves against the machinations of a fraudulent golf club owner.
