Jagapati babu has lost his wife Saoundarya in a freak accident . he is left alone with a cute 5 year old child . He drowns his sorrows in work and alcohol. He has prime property which is eyed by many including villain Banerjeewho keeps threatening him to sell it to him or face consequences . Mysterious Maheshwari enters their house as a nanny to his son . Its not clear as to why suddenly she falls for him but she tries her best to make him like her. She is impish and chirpy and reminds us of young Sridevi in some scenes . he treats her like any other servant snapping shouting at her for silly reasons . Finally its revealed that she is the step sister of Banerje who is not happy with her marrying Jagapathi . he tries everything to separate them . Meanwhile the 5 year old child is diognised with brain problem and keeps crying for his nanny . In the final encounter , Jagapati Babu and Maheswari unite with the child who now is on his road to recovery . Naheshwari wears a lot of skimpy clothes initially to show her rich young girl status . She makes a statement with her French braids .Jagapati is the soul of this movie . he emotes and dances very well. Saoundarya is pretty as the first wife and the child's mother . The setting of the house is massive and huge to show his status of a star model. Over all a fine enjoyable movie . with nice songs
