A little girl is beaten offscreen by an older man, who we assumed has abducted her. We hear her hitting the little girl in a car and her crying out in pain.

In Episode 1, there's one use of fuck.

After the death of a young man, his corpse is seen in the coffin with a look of terror on his face, insinuating he died of fright. Can be disturbing to younger viewers.

The noises made by the ghosts is a croaking/groaning sound that is very creepy.

The show is very violent, and is probably one of the most violent in the Ju-On series. It also gets very depressing in Episode 3, where a woman is in an abusive relationship, and her kid is in a coma for the entirety of the show from this point.
