The Bee Sting

Stills & Mills' "Mommy's Girl" series of vignettes takes stepmom/stepdaughter incest to a reductio ad absurdum level, but this compilation of four scenes satisfies on a prurient level.

Title scene has Jelena Jensen outside gardening when a bee stings her on the breast, a momentous event one has to take on faith (no special effects or animation provided).

In the house she is aided by her kid Gina Valentina, who somehow manages to confuse the problem with snakebite.
