Katie (Miss Teen USA) and her boyfriend Josh are awkwardly reunited with former Miss USA, Tara, resurrecting memories of the title-threatening scandal.

As the hectic lives of the beauty queens march on Katie's immaturity and lack of responsibility starts to affect her job and her relationship with the other girls.

Wayward Katie (Miss Teen USA) plays a cat & mouse game with the Miss Universe Organization as she dodges meetings about her future. Later, (former Miss USA) Tara decides to finally bury the hatchet with her old nemesis and encourages Katie to make amends with the organization.

In her final week as Miss Teen USA, Katie is constantly dragged down by her interfering boyfriend, Josh.

After much pageant drama and comedy (courtesy of a befuddled Miss South Carolina), Miss Teen USA, Katie, steps back to crown her successor. The girls then travel to Mallorca, where Rachel (Miss USA) finally gets a chance to shine at a celebrity-studded charity gala and Riyo (Miss Universe) develops a crush on the dapper Mr. World.

It's non-stop action as the girls pose for an ad campaign and road trip to Vegas for the MTV Video Music Awards, where (former Miss Teen USA) Katie makes a surprise visit. Later, rivals (former Miss USA) Tara and (Miss USA) Rachel find themselves finally going head-to-head in an audition, but who will come out on top?

Now in the public eye as the new Miss Teen USA, Hilary wrestles with self-confidence issues. Later, (Miss Universe) Riyo and new flame, Mr. World, duck the paparazzi as their relationship grows.
