I am usually not very optimistic about collections of short gay-themed films: there may be one or two worth watching if you're lucky.
This collection of six films of varying durations consistently hits high marks. My sole complaints is that the second film, in Spanish, was poorly subtitled and often went for long, important stretches with barely a word provided in English.
The highlights are "Thirst", a deeply soul-searching, beautiful monologue which particularly hit home with me (in English), and "Hardcore", from Israel (in English and Hebrew, with subtitles), which may be the most howlingly-funny gay film I've ever seen, and the performances are priceless.
I shall seek-out the other collections in this series.
