"Ramune", also called "Lamune: The Glass Jar that Reflects the Sea", is a Drama/Slice of Life-Anime which was broadcast on Japanese TV year 2005, and consists of only 12 episodes.
Basic plot: Ever since he was a child, high school student Kenji Tomosaka lives in a coastal town where the sea in front of him shines like a "ramune" (carbonated soft drink originally from Japan) whenever the sun shines on it. Nanami Komoe, a beautiful girl who works with her vegetable field, lives next door to Kenji. As childhood friends, they are often seen hanging out with each other, and thinking about their normal lives and relationship as precious things.
This anime is basically an OK series if you are into typical Drama/Romance/Slice of Life-Anime. This anime mostly has one story per episode. Many of the flashbacks shown in the series are relevant to the main story itself.
So as an anime-fan in general, I give this OK drama-anime series an overall rating 6/10. Might be a good choice if you are into this type of anime.
