Owed to the Electrician

When Shelley gets a horrendous electricity bill he goes down to complain and finds himself getting arrested.

In the police cells, he unburdens his problems to an amiable drunk.

Shelley has to call Fran to get him out. She is not pleased that Shelley has been discussing his life with a total stranger.

Shelley has now got a regular job, he his back in advertising. This time with a sandwich board.

Max Wall plays the drunk who unlike Shelley likes to get arrested. Officer Lamposwki likes to arrest people for any reason as Shelley has found out. It was nice to see Fran again and this was her final appearance in the show. It was a shame that it was not the best of the Shelley episodes.
