Before the fashion show, Mary's mother asks Mary to rethink how she is presenting the coats for the show. When we view the fashion show, there are no coats modeled, only dresses.
While Mary and Sylvie are changing into their scrubs before they go into the delivery room for the birth of Edie's baby, Mary puts the right bootie on twice.
In the scene immediately following the fashion show, Sylvie brings back the lady who represents Saks and Mary shakes her hand twice.
After Mary and Steven fight about the affair for the first time and she goes to the kitchen to Maggie and Uta, she sits at the table and eats butter with sugar and chocolate. When Mary is on camera the pot of sugar is open and a glass of milk is on the right. Then when Maggie sits down and the camera shoots from behind Mary the sugar is closed and the milk is on the left. It shifts and back and forth as the camera shoots Mary and then Maggie.
(at around 1h 45 mins) After the birth scene, the infant is passed from the bassinet to the girls, the baby has it's arms hanging limply by it's side. As the infant is given to the mother the baby is totally swaddled and it's arms are inside the blankets.
After being in the street wearing the exact same makeup, Meg Ryan and Annette Bening are in their next scene together, wearing different makeup, with Benning wearing dark red lipstick. From there, they go straight to the hospital, where they are both seen with the matching full makeup as two scenes prior in the street, and this makes no sense whatsoever, as they had no time to go home and change makeup and no reason to do so in the middle of the day, because they had to take Debra Messing character to the hospital to give birth.
But as can be seen when they are both changing into scrubs and hospital shoes, their respective close-ups reveal that Banning and Ryan are both again wearing the same exact makeup of blended dusty blue eyeshadow, beige lip gloss and the same shade of baby pink blush which they had been wearing in that scene in the street. This reveals that they evidently filmed those two scenes back to back, (as, again, it made no sense for their characters to go home and change back into the same full makeup as previously, since they went to the hospital right after the dark red lipstick scene.)

When Meg Ryan confronts Annette Bening in the street, after the betrayal, they are both wearing the same exact makeup, revealing that they are actresses who have gone through the same makeup artist's chair, who used the same exact cosmetics on both of them: after not having seen each other for weeks, these two characters just happen to be wearing the same exact shade of baby pink blush, beige lip gloss and dusty blue eye-shadow.
