At the end of Juni's battle with the skeletons, the skeletons stumble backward and, for a split second before the camera cuts away, suddenly disappear completely.
When Gary and Gerti "bounce" onto the island and Gary says "I'm gonna zap that sucker to bits!", he hits his watch. It makes an electronic beeping sound, although it was stated that electronics don't work on the island. The watch would have needed electricity to make those noises.
The submarine Juni and Carmen travel in is called the "DragonSpy 5" by Felix. However, in the gear room where the inflate-a-suits are, there is a plaque that reads "DragonSpy 27".
When the DragonSpy vehicle approaches the island, it loses all of its electrical power due to the Transmooker Device. So instead of stopping abruptly as shown, it should've continued moving at whatever speed it had when it first entered the "Transmooker Zone;" by Newton's First Law. It wouldn't have been able to exert any stopping force if it lost power.
During the dinner scene the secret service faint as a result of the champagne. In reality it is against the law for secret service agents to consume alcohol while on duty.
Carmen calls for "rebreathers" in the Drangonfly sub. However, when she and Juni are swimming, they release bubbles associated with standard scuba respirators. Rebreathers recycle much of the gases in the system, reducing or virtually eliminating bubbles.
When the President's daughter is on top of "The Juggler", Carmen is at the control panel, and Gerti asks her what she is doing. She answers "I'm trying to stop the ride". However, Carmen went to the panel before the secret service officer started the ride again. However, trying to stop the ride isn't necessarily the reason Carmen went to the panel in the first place.
In the party scene, when all the metal objects are flying up to the magnet, you see china plates going up too. However, in an agency like the O.S.S., it's just possible that the plates are actually metal objects (such as weapons) disguised as China plates.

Early on the film, Juni reveals that he somehow has authority over the President of the US, this being a "level 2" privilege. This is reinforced upon a few scenes later with higher level agents having the privilege as well, with OSS director Donnagon telling the President to leave. However, in the movie's final moments on the beach, the President is able to fire Donnagon from his position. Viewers are never told how or why this is suddenly possible.

When "falling" into the volcano, Carmen asks Juni how long they have been falling and he guesses "about 3 hours". He should have known that they couldn't have been actually falling for that length of time as it would only take 42 minutes to fall right though the Earth.
